As the name suggests, it’s a faction that usually seen listening to Rock music, in the style of Heavy Metal, and dressed like real rockers.
OOC - Punks were a faction that were cut early on in development. They appeared in the comic book that came with the limited edition of Bully. So this faction will exist in a server.
